I was very pleased with the fast service, they sent Robert out the afternoon of my call. He was very professional and checked my system and explained what was needing to be done, then gave me the price for repairs. He explained what the part did that needed replacing and showed me the part when he took out. He was very friendly and personable. I would recommend Peterson to others. Thank you
