Tim came after I was at my wits end, snaking every drain to no avail. He was understanding and educational as I had just bought my home a month prior and did not know much about my plumbing structure. He quickly got to work and quickly fixed the backup. He even gave me some information about some things left behind by previous owner, bringing me a little extra cash! He was the adult equivalent of a visit from Santa! Thank you Tim!
